This website displays salon information and an online appointment form. It does not include advertising pixels. Optional first-party analytics stays off unless you choose “Allow analytics”. You can change your choice using “Privacy choices” in the footer. The hosting provider may process technical information needed to deliver and protect the site.
Optional booking analytics
When you allow analytics, we count booking-button clicks, opening the booking page, reaching the time and contact-detail steps, successful appointment requests or confirmations, and phone-link clicks. We store a calendar day, event type, broad traffic source (such as Google or Instagram), a preview/live label, and a random or one-way hashed event reference to prevent duplicates. Analytics does not store names, email addresses, phone numbers, IP addresses, service selections, raw page addresses or Square booking references.
Your analytics preference is kept on this device for up to 180 days. An opted-in booking journey is kept in tab storage for 30 minutes. Event references are removed on the next recorded event after 90 days; anonymous daily totals are retained for comparison. Our analytics records are held in our website database and are not sent to advertising platforms. We honour Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals. Booking works the same if you decline analytics.
These counts cover visitors who opt in. A submitted request is not the same as a confirmed appointment, attended visit or payment. Later acceptance by the salon is not included in website confirmation counts. Phone clicks do not prove a call was answered.
Booking your appointment
When you submit an appointment request, this website securely sends your name, email address, phone number, chosen services and appointment time to the salon’s Square account. Our team uses these details to arrange and manage your visit. Your details are not submitted to Square while you are simply choosing services or checking times.
Square provides our scheduling and customer-management service. Please review Square’s privacy notice for its practices. The booking form does not request payment-card details or enrol you in marketing. Appointment acceptance and any applicable booking policy appear before submission.
Texting us through Square
The “Text us” control uses Square’s messaging service. Square loads the tools needed to display and protect its form, including reCAPTCHA. When you enter your name, phone number and message and choose “Send text”, those details go directly to our Square Messages inbox. Square may create a customer record so our team can reply by text message. The form explains the text-message terms before you send.
This is a text enquiry service, not an instant live chat. We’ll respond as soon as we can. Messaging details are not included in our website’s booking analytics. Please keep payment-card details and sensitive health information out of your message. Square’s privacy notice explains its handling of messaging data.
Calling or emailing us
When you call or email the salon, our team uses the information you share to respond to your enquiry or help with your appointment. Please avoid sending payment-card details by email.
Maps and social media
Links to Google Maps, Instagram and Facebook open those services. Their own privacy practices apply when you visit them.
